Because FieldCollaborate was designed for the new home builder, it’s very intuitive and as easy as 1-2-3 to begin creating construction schedules and tracking progress
Effective scheduling starts with the schedule templates. Any number of templates can be created to account for all your variances – by plan, community, county or even seasonal differences.
Set-up trades and assign contractors to a trade – and a trade can have multiple contractors – including by phase.
Milestones – highlighting particular construction points – can be created so summary reports are easily available.
And, you’re able to create a user-defined work week and holiday schedule. Some projects may have 6-day work weeks and other may work the standard 5-day.
Once the Template is created, schedule individual lots by inputting the start date. FieldCollaborate calculates every task’s scheduled date, assigns the contractor and calculates the completion date. You’re ready to start tracking and recording progress!

Did you forget a task that needed to be completed in a certain schedule template? Problem solved! FieldConnect allows the user to insert tasks into schedules even after the template has been created!
Is the contractor going on vacation -- but you still need to get the task done that week? Simple solution! You’re able to employ the simple swapping of contractors, assigning the new contractor to all the tasks that were left uncompleted, quickly and hassle free!
Change contractors between phases or communities, as well.
